A professional Dallas artist, Andrew Kochie joined the team in 2021 to work sales and events. His background with large events, artist design, and cultural involvement helps us to deliver experiences and tastes for all guests and occasions. Andrew currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Dallas Area Cultural Advocacy Coalition, as well as the City of Dallas Steering Committee for the Dallas Cultural Plan. When not working in the kitchen or office he can be found painting, playing irish fiddle, and cooking at home for guests and family.
